Cancellation Policy
Your appointment times are very important to us here at Maya's Ballroom Dance, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY applies to any cancellations outside of that time.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, your instructor misses the opportunity to fill that lesson time. Since the lesson time is reserved for you specifically, we will charge one lesson from your package for any cancellation not made within 24 hours or one full business day.
– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of one private lesson.
